Stanley Wunderlich, Principal

Mr. Wunderlich brings to his clients over 40 years of experience in Wall Street activities. A specialist in strategic corporate development and has participated in numerous initial public offerings, private placements of equities and institutional private equity offerings. Focused on companies new to the U.S. public markets, he works with businesses based in China, Greece, Sri Lanka, Canada, as well as the United States. 

Mr. Wunderlich is noted for forging close relationships with key broker/dealers, venture capitalists, institutional investors, research analysts, media personnel and global private equity sources. Listed in the Who's Who in Executive Management, Mr. Wunderlich is a former member of the American Stock Exchange Arbitration Panel and LIFT (Long Island Forum for Technology). He holds a B.A., L.L.B. and most credits toward his M.B.A. in Executive Management. A proud former United States Marine, a well respected global Triathlete, he is a two-time "Ironman" World Championship finisher.

Richard Serbin, Senior Advisor

Richard Serbin serves as Managing Director of Platform Health Ventures, a healthcare strategic and tactical consulting group as well as the Chief Operating Officer of the Gorlin Companies, LLC. Richard is a pharmacist, regulatory attorney, and patent attorney. He was Chief FDA Counsel for Revlon Corporation and Johnson & Johnson Corporation. At Johnson & Johnson he held various Senior management roles. He has served on the Board of Directors of over twenty public and private companies, including those of J&Jā€™s, international and domestic operating companies. These were companies involved in biotechnology, dermatology, veterinary medicine, female healthcare, medical devices, photodynamic therapy, surgical and consumer products. During his career he served as the lead in taking two companies public and cofounded over ten companies. For more than a decade, he served and continues to serve as a Senior Advisor to the Swedish American Life Science Summit (SALSS), the leading invitation healthcare summit, held annually in Stockholm, Sweden.

Steven Sanders, Corporate Counsel

Over his nearly four plus decades helping worldwide clients excel in the specialized arenas of corporate, securities and international law, Steven Sanders has earned a reputation for the high level of integrity, knowledge, and professionalism he brings to his field.  Steven's attentive and proactive approach complements his ability to quickly solve problems and structure transactions to meet each client's unique needs. With clients spanning the globe from Western and Central Europe to Asia and Canada, he not only understands the intricate nature of international business but can expertly resolve diverse issues between different people and countries.  He believes that after 45-plus years of experience, key to his successful track record is having the vital judgment and contacts necessary to bring deals together and complete the transactions.

A native New Yorker, Steven earned his B.B.A degree from the City College of New York and his Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School.  He pursued his interest in corporate and international law at major law firms until 1980. Steven subsequently opened and closed two of his own thriving firms before forming Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam Rosenstadt LLP, the predecessor to Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, in 2007.  The common thread throughout his career besides acute knowledge and dedication has always been the solid, trust-based relationships Steven has forged with clients who continually rely on his services and refer him business. Steven is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.  He also was the former Honorary Consul from the Republic of Moldova.  In addition to his commitment to Law, Steven serves as the Chairman of the Board of Electra Meccanica Vehicle Corp. (NASDAQ).  He also serves as a director to Avalon Globocare Corp. (NASDAQ) and as a director of Helijet International, Inc. (TSX-V). 

Jonathan Rich, Principal

Jonathan is currently Founder and CEO of Sophia Advisors LLC, a financial and strategic consultancy focused on providing curated, bespoke best in class consulting services to companies, management teams, Boards and stakeholders. Prior to founding Sophia, Jonathan spent 30 years in prominent positions within investment banking assisting private and public companies within the healthcare, technology, consumer and financial services sectors achieve their financial, operational and market positioning goals. He helped raise in excess of $5 billion of growth capital in over 400 distinct transactions in addition to dozens of advisory and consulting engagements. Inquiry concerning Mr. Rich's most recent association with and separation from a FINRA member is welcome.

Meryl Orshan, Director of Operations

Ms. Orshan has served LIR since 1994 and currently handles operations and support services, marketing materials and brochures, group marketing and seminars and various phases of account management and development. Ms. Orshan received a BA degree from Hofstra University in Administration and Marketing.
